The staff was amiable and amicable. It was located in a fairly quiet area in the middle of jackson.

Had exceptionally nice rooms!

The bedroom was separate, and we liked views of the beach. The location was nice and excellant, just off the beach and local venues, and the Pier.

The balcony was huge and had a beautiful view. The swimming pools and spa were enjoyable. The condo layout and interior were very nice.

We called the service to clean our dirty balcony, but they never showed up. The kitchen utensils were old and the knives were dull.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the property's beachfront. The views were breathtaking, and we loved being near the elevators for easy luggage access. The balcony had plenty of chairs for our whole family. It was also convenient that we received a door code before arriving, so we didn't need to check in for keys. Joe, who brought clean sheets to our unit, was very apologetic when he realized the beds were dirty. The staff at the office provided great tips on shopping and dining options. The condo itself was cozy and well-designed, with a comfortable interior and an excellent balcony. The amenities were a plus, with two pools and a large hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment needs some refreshment - walls and kitchen utensils were old. Balcony was dirty due to birds and the service was unresponsive in cleaning it.

I absolutely loved the fact that this hotel was located right on the beach. The view was stunning, and it was so convenient to have the beach right at my doorstep. Additionally, the two pools were warm enough to swim in, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the hotel was fairly good, and I appreciated that. The balcony was a standout feature of my stay, with two entry ways and a lovely view. Moreover, the staff and cleaning people were never intrusive, which made for a peaceful stay.

Nothing to dislike.
